This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Player") and sga898 ("Platform", "we", "sga898"). Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the sga898 platform are subject to the following policy:
- Minimum deposit: RM50 for all payment methods.
- Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all payment methods.
- Withdrawal processing time: Typically between 5 and 30 minutes.
Payment methods supported by sga898 include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.
Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet owned by the registered player. Withdrawal requests to third parties will not be processed. sga898 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is completed in accordance with compliance requirements.
Bonuses & Promotions
sga898 offers various promotions to members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:
Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Calculation example:
- Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering required: RM120 × 25 = RM3,000
- Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM900 → Wagering required: RM300 × 25 = RM7,500
Additional conditions for all promotions:
- Each player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
- sga898 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through unauthorised means or in breach of promotion conditions.
- Other promotions such as VIP weekly cashback, special bonuses and loyalty rewards have their own conditions which will be stated in the relevant promotion notice.
Game Rules
All games offered on the sga898 platform, covering slots, live casino, sports betting, poker and other games, are operated according to their respective rules available within the game interface.
Game results generated by the Random Number Generator (RNG) are final. sga898 is not responsible for any technical outcomes or connection failures that occur outside the platform's control during a game session.
Should any discrepancy in game results occur due to a technical failure, sga898 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return the original bet to the player.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

Account Closure & Suspension

- The player breaches any condition in this Terms and Conditions document.

- There are signs of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period.
